You can add the teacher’s Apple ID on the Apple ID for Students Administrator page.
Does the teacher need a new Apple ID?
No, you can use the teacher’s existing Apple ID.
Can I give a teacher access to manage students in multiple locations?
No. You can assign teachers to only one location.
One of my teachers left. Can I remove that account?
Yes. You can remove teachers through the Apple ID for Students Administrator page.
Can I use my administrator or agent account to reset student passwords?
Yes. You can reset passwords at your default location with your administrator or agent account.

Contact the Apple ID for Students agent or administrator assigned to your location.
How do I reset a Student’s password?
Sign into the Apple ID for Students Teacher Sign In page, then follow the onscreen instructions.
Can I reset the password for Family Sharing accounts?
You can only reset Apple IDs that were created through the Apple ID for Students program. You can reset accounts that have joined a family, but not accounts that were created with Family Sharing.
Can I reset the password for a student at a different location?
No. You can reset passwords only for students whose accounts are associated with the same location as your teacher account.
